my first blog
so i guess i will use this as my online documentation of my life---in france! i am not done planning everything yet, but i am leaving in three weeks!!! i have an apartment (i'll post pix as soon as i have them) to stay at with a friend of a friend. ***thanks mylene for helping me out so much!!! getting my visa this week hopefully. still trying to find an internship, but i'm hopeful. so yeah, i said i was gonna do it, and now i am!

Erin, this is Casey's friend Colleen in Milwaukee. Your blog is also my first blog - never went to one before! Love it - and I thought I was the only one that took pictures of food I buy when I'm in a foreign country/city! When I saw yours it reminded me of some I have tucked away (yeah, from the '80's) of pastries I bought in Paris and chocolates from Belgium. Hope this an an absolutely awsome experience for you!
thanks! i was just about to post another food pic of what i had yesterday!!! hilarious... much more interesting than a pic of the eiffel tower again... :)
